Hello, as you can see I abandoned this project. The way I was doing this was much too difficult because I set the difficulty at the highest which ends up taking up to eight hours per turn. Also there were computers in that tournament that did not exist in 1979. So I restarted this project. Here is the link to my blog post describing how the tournament will work. The major change that I am doing is that instead of playing at the hardest level, all systems will start at the lowest level. Every time an opponent looses, their level of difficulty gets moved up one. The following are the systems and software that is being played in this tournament.
