Solitaire King: Yukon is a single player card game.

This title was of a number of freeware games that the developer released to promote interest in the full product, Solitaire King which had thirty-one different games and over eighty variations thereof.

The game is played with a standard deck of fifty-two cards. The key thing about Yukon is the deal which the documentation described thus, deal a row of seven cards faced down, then deal the second row of six cards overlap the top of the existing cards starts from the second column to the left, then deal five cards starts from the third row, then four, then three, then two, and finally one on top of the seventh column. Turn up the top card of each column. Deal the rest of the twenty-four cards faced up four at a time, on top of the first six piles, with cards in each row overlapping but exposing the previous row.
The object is to move all the dealt cards to the foundations and create four suited ascending sequences running from ace to king. This is done by moving cards around the columns arranging them in descending sequences of red/black, or black/red.

There is one rule variations in this game which allows cards to be moved from the foundations back into the game area.

The player scores one point for each card turned over and another for each card moved to the foundation but scoring stops as soon as the player uses the Undo or Load a saved game options.

The game has save/load and undo/redo functions but has no sound and no statistics are kept. It is played entirely with the mouse
