European version
The Deluxe edition of City of Heroes was released in Europe with a combination of components found in the US Collector's Edition and the original edition. The European master includes the first three 'Issues' of City of Heroes - the free expansions released in the US before European release - plus Scott Kurtz's PvP comic, and a digest of the first three issues of the Blue King Studios' City of Heroes comic book.
