A screen like this is shown as each level loads. It is followed by a briefing that usually describes the obstacles to be faced

The start of mission one, level one

The purple eye-like object falling down the screen is a weapons upgrade. At present the ship has a wimpy blue gun but this will change once the upgrade is captured.

The wimpy blue gun has been replaced with twin firing red things. The primary weapon in the panel on the top left has changed to show this

The explosions are pretty good in this game

At the end of every level a score sheet is shown

The purple swirly thing that's about to be captures grants invulnerability for a short while

The circle around the ship means invulnerability has been granted.

This is the briefing before mission one, level ten. This is the battle with the end of level boss.

Mission two, level three. Many new enemies on this mission. The metallic orb things shatter when destroyed spitting out lots of mini mines.
