Description

Disney’s Activity Centre: Tarzan is a collection of mini games based around the Tarzan animated movie. All the games are single player, most of which are played with the mouse. The games in this product are: Son of Man, Two Worlds and Strangers Like Me*: These are three separate karaoke games based on the songs from the film, all of which use the same format. The player clicks on a gorilla icon and listens to the song while an animated sequence plays in a small window with the lyrics scrolling beneath, another gorilla icon gives the player the chance to sing along to the tune.

  • Terk & Tantor's Power Lunch: This game is a sort of combination of pattern matching and a Breakout game. The play area contains pictures of animals, each in a coloured tile, together with tiles of the same colour depicting the food that they like. Using the arrow keys the player alters the flight of a 'chameleon ball' so that it strikes first the animal's at which point it adopts the animal's colour and can eliminate the tiles of the creatures preferred food.
  • Fetch The Sketch: This is a Memory / Concentration type of game. A playful primate has taken pictures from Jane's sketchbook and they are stuck in the branches of a tree. The player must find matching pairs of pictures to restore the pictures to Jane but, in an added complication, one of the sketches is of the mischievous monkey and if the player selects that one all the remaining pictures are jumbled up afresh.
  • Jungle Journal: This is an in-game diary. The player can make notes here of anything they wish and can encrypt those notes into jungle languages, e.g. lion, monkey etc. They can also create pictures using pre-designed characters and backgrounds
  • Adventure Stickers: These are printable stickers the player can use to make badges from
  • Trash The Camp: A music making game where players create tunes by giving objects to different gorillas, where each object/ape combination triggers a different musical phrase. These can be recorded, played back, and assigned lyrics.
  • Tarzan's Jungle Tumble: This is a platform puzzle game where a Tarzan climb must up and down ladders and vines knocking objects into the nets waiting below before he is caught by his animal chums.
