This driving simulator lets players take three different cars to the streets of a fictitious German city and its surroundings. The game offers modes for free exploration of the city without any time limits and without enforcement of traffic laws, as well as for completing various missions in four jobs. The job scenarios include being the chauffeur for the town doctor, working for the mob as an independent delivery contractor, making house calls for a security firm, and delivering pizza. In this mission mode, violating traffic laws will net penalty points, which must not exceed a given limit in certain missions. Some mission phases are also timed. Successfully completing missions unlocks subsequent assignments for the same career.

The available cars are a limousine, a compact car, and an SUV (three more are added through free patches: a van, a station wagon, and a sports car). They can be customized by color, interior fitting and rims, and all handle differently. The interior of each car is modeled, and can be examined in a first-person view. Apart from horns and lights, the player also needs to employ the cars' working turn signals correctly in order to not be penalized. Available driving aids include automatic shifting, assisted steering, and cruise control.

Modification facilities allow for the creation and import of new environments, cars, and missions into the game.
