Does anyone know anything about this game that isn't already documented. I'm very interested in finding out about lost video games like this.

It seems to have started out as a free download through the developer's site that was later added as a bonus to the 'Last Half of Darkness Adventure' game package. It doesn't seem to be currently available anywhere, but this short wiki suggests contacting the developer through the site to see if it's still available in any fashion.
