Heroes of Might and Magic III: Armageddon's Blade

The Good
The random map generator increased the replay value a lot. Those of us bored with the original will find the generator refreshing. The new dragons are just awesome. They add more variety to the super units in the game.

The Bad
The new Conflux units are really weak and not very fun to play with at all. They're pretty weak compared to the other towns. The new dragons don't come into play that much since they're more expensive. Unless of course, you decide to have a long game which makes the game dull. The computer AI isn't very smart especially on the random maps. So long as you kill the hero early on, you will win. After a while, the game gets redundant because you use the same tactics over and over. In the end, it's all about gathering resources and building the right building on the right day.

The Bottom Line
If you're bored with the original HOMM 3, then getting this expansion pack will add to the replay value. But after a couple of weeks, you'll be bored again because of the limited tactics.
