Samurai Railroad Mansion is a fast, reflex-based action game. When the samurai, controlled by the player, bought a mansion, no one told him about the railroad. They were very wrong. The player has to go through different stages, each with their own backgrounds and enemies, and fight foes from a first-person perspective. Attacks can go in the middle, to the left, or to the right, controlled by the cursor keys. At random times, different types of character appear. Some have to be sliced right away, others need to stay alive (or earn dishonor!) and more difficult enemies can only be attacked at a specific moment. As the levels progress, characters appear faster, some cannot be touched (like passing trains) and the fourth stage introduces boxes where either a harmless girl or a vengeful demon pops out. The game is an entry in the VGNG competition.
