Sonic Action 4 Pack is one of the more thorough collections of historic Sonic the Hedgehog games. Also see Sonic Gems Collection and Sonic Mega Collection Plus.

A total of 4 CD's make up this package which consists quite literally of the CD's having been ripped from their old boxes, and tossed together into a new package; a common publishing practice.
The documentation is a simple booklet insert from the first jewel case, plus whatever came on each CD originally for the 4 products listed above.
