The Good
The career mode has a good structure - including both the Entry List and Champions' Race shows that the programmers are tennis fans. VCR-style replays and multiple court types are included.

The Bad
Any benefits in terms of features are undone by the poor gameplay. Controls are far too skiddy. Hitting a shot in any direction other than straight ahead is too difficult. On occasion you can hit shots while the racket appears to be nowhere near the ball.

Additionally, the graphics are purely functional, with no chalk dust effect and no clothes motion. The menu music is typically irritating.

The Bottom Line
A shareware tennis game which can't compete due to awkward controls.
