Every patch of land is burning. The endless armies of the Three-Eyed King, Archaon Everchosen are waging the last war in the name of the Ruinous Powers, hell-bent on the destruction of the world of Warhammer once and for all at final last. Ancient conflicts burst open once again only to be forgotten as a page turns, when the old enemies cast aside their grievances and stand back to back and shoulder to shoulder to defend their world one last time. These are the End Times, when even the lowliest serf can become a hero and fight back the hordes of Chaos.

A PC port of the sequel to the first Warhammer Quest entry in the series for iOS and Android, this game is a classic turn-based party RPG dungeon crawler. You start with two characters, but eventually can have as much as you want, out of twelve possible classes to choose from. From those warriors you choose up to four to form your squad that delves into the dungeons, fights off the ambushes or participates in travel events. Despite the fact that the End Times event concern entire world of Warhammer, your party explores only three provinces of the Empire of Man - Middenland, Reikland and Talabecland. Travel is done on a global map, where you choose your destination, moving between the major settlements and villages and dungeons. The progression is linear and demands you to beat the current main quest objective before you'll be sent to your new one, but there's always a number of side missions to perform, which would never end, and provide rewards ranging from a low cost item to an advanced party member for free.

Every skill and ability comes in the form of an inventory item, and there's a really wide selection of those, allowing for a lot of play styles to be created. Some of the items are for everyone like healing potions, some are only for a few characters and the most powerful ones are allowed only to a single character class. There's no form of morale of any kind, so you can easily join up high elves and dark elves in one party, or witch hunter and a blood knight, they'll just work together at their best to save their world.
