Wipeout

Wipeout is a mobile game based on the obstacle course TV show.

Players choose a contestant to play as and then they must run, jump and dive through various obstacles to reach the finish line as fast as they can. What makes the show and the game special is that the obstacles are there for comic relief, as the contestants will undoubtedly be wiped out into a pool of water as they try to clear the course.

However, unlike the show, the game encourages players to be wiped out as players will get style points for looking cool when being wiped out of the obstacle course. Players have the opportunity to see how they were wiped out in slow motion and can compete against friends. The points can then be spent on unlocking new courses, contestants and power-ups.
