Red Cross

Originally, there were red crosses displayed on the in-game ambulances and paramedic uniforms. However, in December 2016 the British Red Cross notified the developers that the red cross symbol is protected by law (it is the protected emblem of the International Committee of the Red Cross) and its "unauthorised usage" violates the Geneva Conventions. The concerns of the Red Cross organization is that the symbol has a very specific significance which would be diminished if the symbol was to be freely used in all sorts of commercial contexts. In the current version of the game, the red crosses have been recoloured to green.
