Zombie Tsunami

Zombie Tsunami is a 2.5D endless, side-scrolling runner set during a zombie apocalypse. The player starts with a single zombie who runs by itself and needs to survive as long as possible. By eating humans it is possible to grow a large horde who runs along and mimics the frontrunner. For instance, when the player taps to jump − the only interaction − all other zombies follow that command with a slight delay. There is no main zombie, when the ones in front die, for instance by falling downing a gap or getting blown up by a mine, another moves to the front. With a large horde it is possible to overturn cars and buses, adding more zombies to the horde. When all zombies are gone, the game is over.

While running it is possible to pick up different kinds of power-ups. Gold zombies can bust through anything, a tsunami lets the zombies ride a wave etc. Other power-ups give them big heads, turn them into ninjas, a giant Chinese dragon or a single monster shooting lasers. While running coins can be collected, the basic currency in the game. They are used to unlock cosmetic items, objects, power-ups and new locations. In-app purchases with real money are used to access a permanent coin doubler and the premium currency of diamonds. There are also boosters, the ability to skip hard missions and revives. There is no energy/stamina system that forces waiting times. Completing missions during runs is rewarded with bonuses. Eating humans fills a board of converted brains. When it is full the player receives a lottery ticket that can be scratched for a bonus.
