So many ways to die

The Good
Well I died a lot, but the fact that I kept trying means that something had me hooked, and yes, I will be trying it again

It's frustrating and maddeningly easy to play.

The Bad
You die easily. I played for 20 minutes and had not moved from the 1st screen.
You start on the ground by a beanstalk. the objective is to pick up objects . There's one on the far left but to get to it you have to go round a spider. If the spider touches you then that's a life gone. I spent ages trying to jump over it thinking I had to time my jump just right. The correct solution is to go around it. However, when you get to the object and the spider's coming towards you, well you shoot t don't you. Unfortunately that repositions the spider at the far left, right where you are, so you die. Then you find it's possible to all off the screen. Yup, go too far right or left and you die, go too far into the background or foreground and you effectively fall off the ground and die. Climb the beanstalk and fall off, though I swear I never did, and you die. Climb the beanstalk too slowly and any of the three birds flying around it will get you and you die.

Much of the game-play is the avoidance of death

The Bottom Line
It's frustrating and maddeningly easy to play. You will die a lot and each time you will have to restart, but that's just an opportunity to do a bit better this time around.
