Video game addiction not a mental illness
After a committee of psychiatrists suggested that playing video games too much could be mental illness, the American Medical Association (AMA) decided to debate the issue. Another MobyGames update
I pushed out a new update to MobyGames today. The main changes that most people will notice is that the home page has changed. The home page has been redesigned to better highlight new contributions by the community. There have also been some changes made to MobyRank and some back end improvement to help the approvers out along with some various other fixes/improvements.

Another Brazilian Hits The Top Fifty
They have the best football players in the world and sexy samba-dancing tropical girls. But they also have Evil Ryu and chirinea, two great MobyGames contributors. Now, another son of the Amazon has joined them: Macs Black. Accumulating nearly 5000 points earned mostly from excellent new game submissions in just a couple of months, the new #50 proves once again that quality and quantity go together hand in hand on our site.

We have a new #1 Top Contributor!!!
When you say "Belgium", you think Rubens, French fries, and great beer. But now another name is added to this country's celebrity list: Sciere. The site's most prolific submitter of game credits has replaced the legendary Corn Popper as MobyGames' #1 Top Contributor. Will Corn Popper be able to reclaim his lost throne, or will Sciere's titanic achievement remain unsurpassed?
