Ryan A. Brant (26th November 1971 - 23rd March 2019) was the founder of Take-Two Interactive. He established the company in 1993 and served as the company's CEO until February 2001. Afterwards he remained with the company as Chairman and eventually took on a non-executive role as VP of production until leaving in 2006. He was founder of GreenScreen Interactive Software, another video game concern. Following, he was manager of Code and Theory, an agency which creates products, content and campaigns across physical and digital worlds.

He received a B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.

He passed away at age 47 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Palm Beach, Florida of cardiac arrest caused by aspiration.
