Jim Hejl is the Director of Technology Development for Electronic Arts Tiburon. His most recent title was Madden NFL 2006 for the Xbox 360. Jim's concentration is on rendering and optimization, with a particular interest in real-time lighting algorithms and post-processing techniques.

He has worked for Electronic Arts since 1998, on just about every version of Madden (PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, PlayStation 2, Xbox, PC, and the Xbox 360).
