Tarrnie Williams held several positions at Electronic Arts, including senior producer of many key titles, such as the Medal of Honor franchise. He then served as executive producer on Relic titles such as Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War and Company of Heroes. In September 2006, he was appointed General Manager of Relic Entertainment.

In 2009 Tarrnie is working independently. Most recently, he initiated and oversaw development of Company of Heroes Online.
