Adrian Barritt began his career at Oxford Digital Enterprises as a Programmer. His next job was Project Director at Cunning Developments. After that, he became the Development Director for Empire Interactive.

In 2002 he joined with Richard Horrocks and co-founded Fuse Games Limited in the United Kingdom. He is the company's Managing Director.
