Max Dyckhoff

Max Dyckhoff is a veteran video game engineer with nearly 20 years of industry experience including Naughty Dog, Bungie and Blizzard. He is currently Engineering Director at video game startup That's No Moon, where he is building a team of talented engineers to work on next gen AAA titles. His experience includes work on the artificial intelligence of blockbuster titles such as The Last of Us, Halo 3 and Halo Reach. He has spoken on behavior trees, character AI and knowledge representation at GDC.

Max is a native of Scotland who moved to the USA in 2006 to work at Bungie. He subsequently moved to California, and currently resides in Los Angeles where he enjoys the sunshine, the food, and close proximity to an international airport.
