Miss Brimhall graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in German and extensive studies in Business. Similarly, her study of business aids in the survival, operating, and growth of the company. In the past, Miss Brimhall co-founded an international intranet startup (based in Germany), and gained useful knowledge in operating a company in a virtual environment, working with current technology, and relating to different cultures, amongst other things.
Later, she worked in first-level management as the office and billing manager at one of the most respected psychology clinics related to compulsive disorders in the State of Arizona. Additionally, she has created her own online support community dedicated to sufferers of severe mental health disorders, has consulted psychologists and Ivy League graduate students, written informative articles, given interviews through magazines, radio and newspaper, participated in international conferences, and aided non-profit organizations. This has given her valuable training in psychology, allowing her to understand both her team and customers; it has also provided her with experience in working with journalists, consulting, and creating a strong, online community of satisfied customers.
Additionally, Miss Brimhall is an award-winning artist who has worked as an artist and programmer on several adventure/RPG projects, giving her experience working within a creative team environment. Subsequently, she pursued her own interests in game development, and co-founded both a non-profit and for-profit game creation company. She not only co-managed several award-winning projects, but also learned the ropes of game making through creating art, design documents, websites, practicing basic scripting, motivating team members and promoting games. She understands the concepts related to game making, and more importantly, understands how to work within a team environment.
She is an active member of the International Game Developers Association (IGDA) and has recently spoken on the topic of successfully managing projects remotely.
