Biography edit · view history
David B. Russell is a noted film storyboard artist and concept illustrator whose many credits include Return of the Jedi, Batman, Terminator 2, The Thin Red Line, Master and Commander, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion The Witch, and The Wardrobe, and Tekken. His style--dramatic, dynamic, and multi-faceted--stems from his comic book animation, and film origins.
An avid gamer, he began working in the development field in 1997, alternating between games and film productions. His focus is now on the latter. Russell believes that games developers can benefit from his vast knowledge of film storytelling techniques, and he himself has created many memorable sequences and concepts for some of the movie industry's most imaginative productions.
