Tommy Lee Jones was born on September 15, 1946 in San Saba, Texas and was raised in Midland, Texas. He has attended Harvard College, graduating cum laud with a Bachelor of Arts in English. He has appeared in such movies and television mini-series as The Fugitive, Lonesome Dove, the Men in Black film series, No Country for Old Men, Batman Forever, Under Siege, Man of the House, The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada, Captain America: The First Avenger, Natural Born Killers, and Coal Miner's Daughter. He has also appeared on Broadway and has done some directing, screenwriting and producing. He was been married three times, divorced twice. He has a son and a daughter from his second marriage. He currently resides in Terrell Hills, Texas.
