His game career started with Playnet working on World War II Online. He was uniquely suited for working on the title due to his experience in the Army and a college education in aviation. The experience with Playnet laid out the future; make games.
Digital Anvil allowed him to continue to work on his passion with Freelancer and Brute Force. Sticking with Microsoft, he moved to Dallas and worked at Ensemble on Age of Mythology: The Titans before taking a position at Gearbox Software to work on Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30. He worked on every title Gearbox has released from 2004 until 2017.
In 2018 Michael moved from development to publishing and relocated to work at 2K Vegas.
