I started in the video game industry in 1994 at Viacom New Media based in the Chicago suburbs. There I worked in QA, testing games for SNES, Sega Genesis, PC, MAC, and eventually PS1 and Saturn. Some of the crappy titles I worked on at Viacom include: Beavis & Butthead SNES, Beavis & Butthead Genesis, Guts, Phantom 2040, Zoop, Are You Afraid of the Dark, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and several others. During the final days of Viacom New Media I did level design work on Septerra Core, which was eventually developed by Valkyrie Studios.
After Viacom closed in 1996 I headed out west to work for 3DO studios. There I continued testing mainly PC titles such as, Might and Magic 6, Might and Magic 7, and Uprising.
I left 3DO in 1998 and returned to the Chicagoland area and worked for the now defunct Terraglyph for a little over a year. There I tested Clue Jr Detective for PC, Blues Clues for PS1, and Toonenstein for PS1.
After Terraglyph closed its doors I went to Incredible Technologies and worked on the Golden Tee Golf arcade game.
I left Incredible technologies after nine months or so and came to Midway in the fall of 2001. I've been year for about 2 and half years now and have tested the following titles: Blitz 2002, RedCard, Mortal Kombat: DA, Slugfest, Blitz 2003, Blitz Pro, NBA Ballers, and Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy.
That's it for now.
