Ronald Doornink, Chief Executive Officer of Activision Publishing Inc., the Company's only direct operating subsidiary and the holding company for all other active subsidiaries, since March 28, 2002. Mr. Doornink also serves as President of the Company. Prior to this, Mr. Doornink served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company since October 1998. Mr. Doornink joined Activision from ConAgra Foods, Inc. where, for three years, he served as President of the $700 million Hunt-Wesson snack food division. Prior to this, Mr. Doornink worked at the Procter & Gamble Company for 13 years, serving most recently as Managing Director, Global Strategic Planning for the Paper Sector. Mr. Doornink holds an MBA degree from Columbia University and an undergraduate degree in economics from the Hogere Economische School of Arnhem in The Netherlands.
