Before co-founding The Collective, Doug worked with Virgin Interactive in Irvine, California where he served as a lead programmer from 1994 through 1997. Before coming to the US, Doug worked as a freelance game programmer in the UK for eight years during which time he worked on a number of successful titles for early 8 and 16 bit home computers and consoles.
