Chris Cook started in the games industry in February 2010 as a level designer on Archasis, a mod that was originally built for Unreal Tournament 2004 but survived the ages and was ported over to UDK. He was tasked with bringing the levels into the quality associated with UDK as well as designing and producing the new levels for the game. Between August and December 2010 he also taught games design at the Hull School of art and design, primarily Flash, 3D and the Unreal Developer Kit.

Between January and August 2011 he worked at Eutechnyx on Ride to Hell as the lead level designer. He then joined Lionhead Studios in August 2011 as a level designer and gameplay creator. He helped create roughly half the levels for Fable: The Journey. He also scripted and fully fleshed out levels, filling them with art assets and lighting, taking the role of an environmental artist and a lighting artist for them levels.
