In June 2000 Monumental Games announced that Michael Cox had joined the company as business development director for the EMEA region. Previously, since August 2009, he was Director of Developer Relations for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at Emergent Game Technologies. Before that he was the Studio Head of the Chemistry development studio and prior to Chemistry he was with Electronic Arts.
