Between 1982 and 1992, Satoshi Honda held various senior positions with Victor Entertainment Inc. and Victor Musical Industries Inc.

Between 1992 and April 1998, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Electronic Arts, Japan. Then in June 1998, he became Managing Director of Eidos Interactive KK (Japan), a position he still held in 2002.
