Alan Lawrance left Canada for the USA and joined development studio Volition in 1996. A computer engineering graduate from the University of Toronto, Alan has held programming positions at Nortel and IBM.
While at Volition, Alan was a programmer on Freespace, Lead Designer for Red Faction, and the Lead Programmer for Red Faction 2 and the Technical Director on Saints Row. Lawrance left the company in April 2013.
