Yves Le Yaouanq started his career end of the 90s in the games industry, first on MUDs (Multi User Dungeons) and then on several MMORPGs for different companies (Cryptic, Codemasters, ...) , to then join Ubisoft in 2010 to bring PC and Online expertise to help on the company's transition towards PC and Live games : F2P portfolio (Anno Online, The Settlers Online, Mighty Quest for Epic Loot, Ghost Recon Online, ...), PC core games (Anno and Settlers), and the Game as a Service transition (The Division, Rainbow Six Siege, Ghost Recon Wildlands, ..). End of 2017, he helped building up a new department within Ubisoft to build bridges with external developers. In 2021, Yves joined Focus Entertainment as Chief Content Officer, to lead the Publishing and Acquisition Portfolio transformation, welcoming new games, talents and studios from across the world.
