Bill Dugan started in video games in 1986 as a scripter and level designer on Wasteland, developed by Interplay Productions. He started producing games in 1991 and then worked at Wizards of the Coast, Sierra Entertainment, Activision's Treyarch studio, his own company Torpex Games, Amazon, and Splash Damage.
