Over the past 20 years, Stephane DâAstous is a seasoned manager and an industry pioneer that contributed actively in the emergence of the video game/tech/multimedia industry in Montreal. As Head of Operations of Ubisoft Montreal he actively participated in the accelerated growth of the studio. He then founded Eidos-Montreal & Square-Enix Montreal, and grew the studios to a 500+ employee powerhouse. He recently founded Novaquark-Montreal, an independent studio, with a mission to build the next generation MMO. Stephane also was president of the Alliance NumĂ©rique (QuĂ©bec's gaming professional association) in 2010-13.
