Overview edit · view history
Lonely Cat Games, s.r.o., was founded in August 2000 in Brno, Czech Republic, by Michal Bačík and Radek Bouzek, who previously worked at Illusion Softworks, a.s. and were involved in the development of Hidden & Dangerous. As the developers retained the rights to the Insanity Engine developed for that game, they planned to continue using it for new PC games. A first-person shooter game titled Atlantica was announced initially for a 2002 release, but was never finished. In 2005, the company moved its focus to the development of games and applications for the Symbian and Windows Mobile platforms, and later also software for Android devices.
Today, Lonely Cat Games is headquartered in Banska Bystrica, Slovakia.
