Biography edit · view history

Glen Dahlgren is currently acting as the Design Director for Super-Ego Games, providing design for character-rich, story-based game content. Before coming to Super-Ego Games, Glen worked at Perpetual Entertainment as the Design Director on the high-profile project Star Trek Online, the first massively multiplayer game set in the Star Trek universe.

From 1990 to 2004, he operated in key positions within Legend Entertainment Company, a critically-acclaimed PC game development house owned by Atari Games Inc. Prior to his appointment to studio-wide Creative Director, Mr. Dahlgren personally led the design and production efforts for such award-winning games as Unreal 2: the Awakening, The Wheel of Time, and Death Gate—and in doing so, engineered Legend’s transformation from an adventure-game design studio to a premier Unreal technology-powered First Person Shooter developer.

Mr. Dahlgren has also contributed to at least ten additional titles while at Legend in the capacities of writer, designer, producer, art director, voice director, programmer, and music composer. He received a B.S. from Penn State University with a 4.0 Major GPA; in addition to the Computer Science major, this education provided high level studies in English, Literature, and Theatre.
