Hannes Seifert (born 1971) is an Austrian game designer, musician, and producer. He started composing music for games released by Max Design in the early 1990s. In 1993 he founded neo Software together with Niki Laber and Peter Baustädter, where he designed, among others, the two Whale's Voyage games. In 2006, after the company closed down, he founded Games That Matter with Niki Laber. He left the company in 2010 to work for IO Interactive.
