When I was adding credits for the game Sophie's Curse I split them in three groups since it was that way on the credits screen: "TrerPLAY", "Sounds from: freesound", "Sounds from: SoundBible.com" and "Paintings from:". When I finished the submission only the first group with the creator entry was visible, everything else had disappeared. I pulled it from the submission queue and when I edited it I saw the groups but they were all empty. I added one entry to each of the empty groups and when submitted I got the same result as before.

For credits to show, a group always needs to have content, and names (on the right) always need a role (on the left). That's the only thing I can think of. So if the group is called 'Sound from SoundBible.com', you need to repeat that inside the group as the role on the left, and then enter the names on the right.
