Link to "approver page" missing

Although all approvals are shown in the tables, the link that once appeared "you have access to the approval page", no longer appears at the top like it once did.

Look to the left column: "Administration" -> "Approval Home".

That is because there is now a link to "Approval Home" in the left-side menu, on every page.

I had suggested it be moved somewhere where we could access it from any page rather than having to go to the home page first and then hit that page... was a royal pain for me since I have to use it all the time
