Speaking of this one

Dangerous Airports, San Diego Scenery Add-on, Europe I: Scenery Enhancement, Washington D.C.: Scenery, San Francisco: Scenery and Sound, Graphics & Aircraft Upgrade should either all be removed from the group and relocated to this group, OR all games in the scenery group should be added to the flight simulator group as well.

And why is this in the database? It's an editor not a game. If this can be documented there's nothing stopping us adding Hammer, GTK Radiant, Q3 Radiant, UED, 3D studio Max and other similar programs...

Yeah, Microsoft Flight Simulator series is the official "game" group, and Flight Simulator scenery add-ons is the official/unofficial add-on group, so the ones you mentioned should be moved over.

And if you go by the description, Microsoft's Scenery Enhancement packs should probably also moved over, as they are add-ons too.

And basically we do support Constructions Sets via the Editor / Construction Set genre, but the consensus so far was to only allow those if a game was included with it (even just being an example game). So no standalone "tools".
