**TRAVEL BACK TO THE FUTURE WITH INTELLIVISION LIVES!

MORE THAN 60 CLASSIC INTELLIVISION GAMES NOW AVAILABLE FOR Xbox AND PLAYSTATION 2 COMPUTER ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM**

Dine on a Virtual Slice of Hal’s Pizza and Relive 1982 with Classic Intellivision Games such as Astrosmash, Space Armada and Snafu!

LOS ANGELES (Sept. XX, 2003) – Intellivision travels back in time to when Members Only jackets were the rage, Duran Duran rode the AM radio waves and the Rubik’s Cube was driving people crazy! Intellivision Productions, Inc., the company that popularized home video games in the 1980s, in association with Crave Entertainment and Realtime Associates, introduces the Intellivision Lives! (MSRP $19.99) console game for the PlayStation®2 and the Xbox video game system from Microsoft. Intellivision Lives! comes loaded with more than 60 of Intellivision’s classic games all on one disc including Astrosmash, Night Stalker, Shark! Shark! and Thunder Castle.

Intellivision Lives! places the gamer in a virtual reality, 360-degree 3-D environment of Hal’s Pizza, circa 1982. Arcade machines line the walls of the restaurant, each sporting different themes – space, sports, battle, etc. Each machine serves as an interface to the original Intellivision games plus other exciting features such as original TV commercials, unreleased games and bonus “radical” game modes. Included with the more than 60 classic Intellivision games are games that were never released back in the 80s. The virtual restaurant also features a jukebox that plays Intellivision-themed music.

“We are extremely excited to be the company to introduce these classic Intellivision games to a whole new generation of video game players,” said Nima Taghavi, chief executive officer of Crave Entertainment. “Today’s games may be big on graphics and special effects, but they can never come close to capturing the endearing nostalgia and fun that Intellivision has kept alive for over 20 years.”

“We’ve always tried to put the games in the context of when they were released – it adds that extra nostalgic boost to the experience,” said Keith Robinson, president/co-founder of Intellivision Productions, Inc. and an original game programmer for Intellivision. “In the past we’ve done that by adding commercials from the 80s, the classic electronic music and the overall design of the graphics. But now we put gamers into an animated 3-D world that captures the feeling of 1982. It is 1982! The first time I scrolled around Hal’s Pizza I started laughing. Pizza and video games? Yeah, I could live here!”

Intellivision Lives! comes loaded with more than 60 of Intellivision’s classic games including: - Astrosmash - Baseball - Basketball - Buzz Bombers - Football - Golf - Hockey - Hover Force - Motocross - Night Stalker - Pinball - Shark! Shark! - Skiing - Snafu - Space Armada - Space Battle - Space Hawk - Star Strike - Sub Hunt - Thin Ice - Thunder Castle - Tower of Doom - Vectron - Volleyball - Wrestling - And many more!!

The PlayStation®2 and Xbox versions were designed by Realtime Associates, the software firm founded by David Warhol, an original Intellivision game programmer. Realtime Associates produced all the original Intellivision games published by INTV Corp. in the mid- to late- 1980s. Intellivision co-founders Robinson and Stephen Roney were involved in each stage of development to ensure that the design and game emulation are faithful to the original Intellivision system.

Manufactured and distributed by Crave Entertainment, the Intellivision Lives! game for the PlayStation®2 and Xbox will be available this holiday season through mass merchants and online retailers worldwide.

About Crave Entertainment Based in Los Angeles, California, Crave Entertainment is a privately held publisher of video game entertainment products. Crave produces games for the major console platforms including Game Boy® Advance, Nintendo GameCube, the PlayStation® game console, PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system, and the Xbox® video game system from Microsoft. About Intellivision Productions, Inc. After the fall of Mattel Electronics, the maker of Intellivision, the game programmers (coined the Blue Sky Rangers), who were friends as well as coworkers, remained in touch. Annual reunions and newsletters kept the Rangers informed of each other’s goings on, but the world heard little of them. The Blue Sky Rangers had a unique story to tell, so in 1995, Ranger Keith Robinson created the Blue Sky Ranger Web site to help share their story. Because of the massive traffic and numerous requests for a way to play retro Intellivision games on today’s computers, Robinson and fellow Ranger Stephen Roney founded Intellivision Productions, Inc. in 1997. They bought the rights to the Intellivision system and games and made them PC and Macintosh compatible for millions to relive the excitement of Intellivision. In 2000, Digital Press named Intellivision Productions the Classic Game Publisher of the Year. Knowing the popularity of retro games, the company has expanded its newly named Retrotopia sales site to include Atari and Colecovision games in addition to Intellivision products. For more information on Intellivision or other retro games and systems, please visit the company Web site at www.intellivisionlives.com.

Back of Case (Xbox, Canada/U.S.)

Intellivision, the first 16-bit videogame system, was introduced in 1980. With the then-highest-resolution graphics and plenty of challenging games, Intellivision quickly earned millions of loyal fans worldwide. Today, Intellivision is the only retro-gaming company run by the developers who were there at the beginning: The Blue Sky Rangers. Intellivision and Realtime are working together to bring the fun of its classic games to a new generation of platforms and a new generation of fans.
