A maniac is loose in the city, and you awake to find yourself lost in a room not knowing where you are or how you got there. A história coloca-nos na pele de um homem sem memória que acorda no necrotério, dentro de um saco para cadáveres. A sala está trancada e coalhada de cadáveres, e ele não se lembra de nada. Enquanto isso, na cidade, um criminoso comete uma série de assassinatos. Nem a polícia nem os militares conseguem apanhá-lo.
