The Story
In unique worlds of illusions and reality, in magical, mechanical and ethereal lands, take on the quest to find the artifacts cleverly concealed throughout the lands. Four parallel worlds await you on your journey: The Ademika Valley - the gateway and the world of secret research and sacred rituals, Dragast - the mechanical world and kingdom of mountains and snow, Na-Tiexu - the esoteric world of astronomy and magic, and lastly, the beautiful Island of Unity, each with different environments to explore, challenges to encounter and a variety of indigenous puzzles to solve.

There exists a clan of Keepers who hole the "sacred rings of the Worlds." Legend claims that the elders of the clan are able to travel to parallel worlds, and even create new worlds with the help of these rings. The legend also claims that whoever unites these rings with the artifacts of the parallel worlds will achieve great power and immortality. Access to these worlds is restricted, and only the elders of the hierarchy and the best students have the ability to enter...

Story

There exists a clan of the Keepers who hold the sacred "Rings of the Worlds" and two other “sacred tetrahedrons”. With them the elders of the clan are able to travel to parallel worlds, and possess the power to create new ones. The legend claims that whoever unites these rings with the artifacts of the parallel worlds will achieve great power and immortality.

Access to these worlds is restricted, and only the elders of the hierarchy, and the best students have the ability to enter.

As one of best student of the Clan of Keepers, you were sent to one of these hiding worlds, called Ademika Valley to continue your studies with an old, wise man, Grifit.

When you get to Ademika, Grifit is absent. You find his letter, which reads:

"In light of the recent events, I am unfortunately unable to meet you. You have arrived in a place called Ademika. It was created by the elders of our clan as the key to the gateway to the parallel worlds.

All that you see about, has been created specifically for that reason. Before my return, I ask that you prepare the "journey ship" for travel. You will find it inside the hidden tunnel. But do not forget to activate the navigational map! Pay attention to the smallest of details and luck shall be with you.

During the time that you spent on accomplishing Grifit's task, something terrible happened within the clan! Will you able save the Sacred Rings? Are you the chosen one?

Aura UK Release Date

Mindscape has announced that Aura: Fate of the Ages, "a challenging first person puzzle exploration game that uses an easy to navigate mouse driven, point and click interface", will ship in UK on July 16th.

"Exploring four enormous and diverse parallel worlds, expect to puzzle your way through the magical Ademika Valley, the technologically advanced Mechanical World, the mysterious Isoteric World and lastly the Island of Unity where the true purpose of the ring bearer's quest will be revealed. In the tradition of the classic adventure series Myst and The Adventure Company's Schizm series, AURA: Fate of the Ages delivers the purest hit of fantasy graphic adventure gaming with equally intense and challenging puzzles to decode and decipher".

The game will be released in North American territories by The Adventure Company in June 24th.
