BANDAI GAMES ANNOUNCES THE LEGEND OF HEROES, EXCLUSIVELY FOR PSP

**Turn-Based RPG Due to Ship in the U.S. in September 2005

CYPRESS, CA – July 14th, 2005** – Bandai Games Inc. today announced that they are publishing "The Legend of Heroes" for the PSP™ (PlayStation Portable) system in the United States in September. The game is a single-player turn-based role-playing game featuring more than 100 unique characters to interact with, over 50 hours of gameplay and a deeply involving story line that unfolds in one of the most beautifully crafted 3D environments available on the PSP system.

Known by the name: Eiyuu Densetsu ("Legend of Heroes") Gagharv Trilogy: Akai Shizuku ("Crimson Tears") in Japan, the game is developed by legendary Nihon Falcom in Tokyo. The company is well known for their RPG work on many platforms and brands, including the "Ys", "Brandish" and "Sorcerian Series." While faithful to the "Legend of Heroes" series, players unfamiliar with the story will discover an easy-to-pick-up gameplay experience.

The game also features more than 100 types of original character illustrations by Minako Iwasaki, a beloved ex-Falcom artist who has redrawn her characters specifically for the PSP system.

Bandai Games plans to release more information regarding "The Legend of Heroes" in the coming months.

**The Quest Begins This November with "The Legend of Heroes: A Tear of Vermillion"

CYPRESS, CA – November 2, 2005** – Bandai Games Inc. today announced that "The Legend of Heroes™: A Tear of Vermillion™" has gone gold for the PSP™ (PlayStation®Portable) system. Featuring more than 100 distinctive characters, over 50 hours of gameplay, and an extensive storyline, this game is the first true role-playing game for the PSP system.

In "The Legend of Heroes: A Tear of Vermillion," players take on the role of Avin, a 17 year-old boy who embarks on an adventure in search of his sister, Eimelle. With a trusty animal companion at his side, Avin must journey through one of the most captivating 3-D environments available on the PSP system. Developed by legendary Nihon Falcom in Tokyo, "The Legend of Heroes: A Tear of Vermillion" is the second installment in a remarkable Japanese series known as "Gagharv Trilogy." Their other well-known RPG works include the "Ys," "Brandish," and "Sorcerian" Series on many platforms and brands.
