Mal Block ist ein Cartoonzeichner und wird von seinem Chef Sam Schmaltz mit einer langweiligen Aufgabe betraut. Deprimiert von seiner kreativen Blockade dabei, schläft der Zeichner während der Arbeit ein. Als er am nächsten Tag aufwacht und seine eigene Cartoon-Show im Fernsehen sieht, wird er plötzlich in den Bildschirm gesaugt und in die bunte 2D-Cartoonwelt transportiert.

Nun bist du gefragt. Um wieder nach Hause zu kommen, musst du die Geheimnisse dieser Welt aufdecken, bevor du für immer hier gefangen bleibst. Doch bevor du wieder gehen kannst, musst du den Bewohnern von Niedlingen – ja, so heißt der Ort – helfen. You are Drew Blanc, animator of The Fluffy Fluffy Bun Bun Show. Life hasn't exactly turned out the way you planned. Your boss, Mr. Schmalz, has it in for you. Your creativity has left town. And just when you think it can't get worse... it does. A freak accident involving electronics (don't ask) spins you headfirst into the WHACKED OUT and not-so-warm-and-fuzzy world of your own cartoon creations.

To get home, you'll need to unravel the secrets of these loony lands before they unravel you. Out smart demented clowns, out shock cross-dressing livestock, and outwit the diabolical Count Nefarious! Send someone an exploding turkey. Watch Spike the Clown torture balloon animals. And, if you've got any energy left, try preventing an all-out war between the cartoon forces of good and evil.

Drew Blanc is a cartoon animator and the original creator of the Fluffy Fluffy Bun Bun Show.. Drew's boss, Sam Schmaltz (played by Ben Stein), sets him the task of designing more bunnies to co-star in the Fluffy Fluffy Bun Bun Show by the next morning. However, the depressed animator soon nods off, suffering from acute artist's block. He wakes early the next morning to inexplicably find his television switched on, announcing the Fluffy Fluffy Bun Bun Show. Suddenly, Drew is mysteriously drawn into the television screen and transported to an idyllic two-dimensional cartoon world populated by his own creations, among many other cartoon characters.

To get home, you'll need to unravel the secrets of these loony lands before they unravel you permanently. Outsmart demented clowns, shock the socks off cross-dressing livestock, and match wits with a diabolical Count named Nefarious.
