Babylonian Twins
Description official descriptions
Babylonian Twins is a side-scrolling puzzle-platformer with similarities to The Lost Vikings. The player takes control over Nasir and Babir, the eponymous Babylonian twins, who have to stop an evil magician who has control over the empire's king.
The kids have a set of unique abilities: Nasir is strong and can use a power dash to destroy fragile walls while Blasir can can spin holes in the ground. Both kids can jump and hit enemies with their weapon (sword or club) - contact causes loss life energy loss. The key to finishing the levels, which have a maze-like structure and no linear path through them, is switching between the two protagonists and using their abilities to solve puzzles to open up new ways. Another side effect is that the currently not controlled kid freezes and can be used to keep pressure plates down or as stepping stone to reach heights. In order to open up access to the next level, the player does not only need to find the exit but also a number of hidden treasure.

Trivia
Development
The game was originally developed for Amiga in 1993/1994, but was never published because of the decline of the platform. In 2007, videos of the game appeared on Youtube and later author Rabah Shihab released a demo version to the Amiga community. Because of the positive response, he decided to port and re-work the game for mobile platforms.
