Ossuary
Description
Ossuary is a surreal game of Discordian satire, in which the unnamed protagonist ends up in a place of bones having received an unsatisfying answer to a question. In this underworld there are various factions the player can aid, all of whom are certain of their particular understanding of order/chaos and sin/virtue, and what should be done to improve the place. Six different endings can be reached depending on whose quest the player decides to complete.
The game is directed with six buttons: four that are used for moving the player character in cardinal directions, one for interacting with the world, and one for opening the inventory. Instead of traditional inventory objects, however, the player collects sins with which various characters can be nudged towards a different state of mind, potentially solving problems or opening up new avenues to pursue.
