Battles of the Outer Rim is an unofficial add-on pack for Dark Reign: The Future of War which includes:

  • 6 single-player missions (one for the Freedom Guard and one for the Imperium, the other four let the player command the Togran)
  • 79 multiplayer maps
  • Searchable map browser that shows information and a mini review of each multiplayer map

There are no new units or updated graphics and a full version of the base game is required in order to play this add-on.
